You suffered too much.

 

Your kids have been killed. Your homes have been destroyed. Your land has been coloured by the blood of your sons. The green colour of your trees has been turned into the ugly gray. Seeds of hatred have been put in your soil. Life has been assassinated.

 

For 60 years you suffered from oppression, killing, destruction and occupation. And you kept immovable. You never welcomed the occupuier on your lands, you never surrendered to the force, you kept giving more and more of your sons.

 

Never be depressed.

 

The dawn is coming very soon.

 

The day will come when the occupier will go away, terrorists will go away, homes will be rebuilt, trees and flowers will grow up, you'll be free again and the sun will shine again on the free Palestine.

Note: As I'm writing right now there are serious things that are going on Palestinian lands;

*Gaza stripe is under the siege for 10 months now. 100 of ill Palestinians already died because of the wait of Israeli permissions to go out the stripe for medical care, fuel is cut, electricity is cut and hospitals suffer from severe lake of medical aids.

*Israel is building new settlements in Jerusalem under the silence of the world and against international law and 1947 partition plan.

One last thing; if 'peace' is truly the way to solve this 60 years conflict, so I ask; what are Israelis ready to give when they take Palestinian lands to build their own state on them?!!

The necessary coming American president

America occupy Iraq, America causes the killing of one Million Iraqi, America causes the mess in Iraqi state, American army kills civil Iraqis.

America occupy Afghanistan.

America support Israel, America supports killing civilians and kids in Palestine by Israeli army, America send weapons to Israel to use against Lebanese and Palestinian civilians, America fund Israel, America use its veto to stop an SC word about Israeli terrorism.

American army kills an Egyptian sailor on Egyptian lands.

America threat Iran because of the assumption to have nuclear bombs in the coming years.

 

That's how many in our part of the world see American policy towards the Middle East. The question is; will the future be different?!!!

 

Preparation of American presidental elections are currently running. A new president is coming. Will he end the war against Iraqi people?!! Will he fund Iraqi people to rebuild what American foolish policy destroyed?!! Will he leave Afghanistan to run its own country by itself?!!

And the big question; will he end the absolute support of Israel?!! Will he stop American funding of Israel?!!

 

In fact; I have a great suspicion about that. I think that the American policy against countries of my part of the world will keep as it is. Actually I hope that it don't go worser.

 

McCain already bought the presidency. He visited Israel, expressed how he support Israeli siege against Gaza. In fact, he's saying to Israel; "Don't worry. If you supported me to win the presidency in America, I'll keep supporting you in Israel.".

 

I think that's how American presidents win their places. Israel or you'll never be a president.

 

That's how I think. That the next American president will provide the absolute support to Israel. Money, weapons, politics, media, veto, etc and every necessary thing to keep the occupier 60 years ago expanding and killing life.

 

So, my message to the American people is; "Whether you needed to support Israel by your taxes and weapons or you did not, your government will do support Israel. Israel worths nothing without your support. They'll do everything to keep the American support. Arab and Islamic states already hate Israel, see it as the occupier and the killer, they hate who support them. So it's your responsibility to stop the support of real terrorism against unarmed people. To understand the conflict rightly, to know who is really oppressing, who is really being oppressed. To see who is killing, who is being killed. To see who have weapons, and who is killed by these weapons. To see who really suffer, who cause this suffering.  Any way, I know that you have no thing to do with the next American president, but you can protest and march against the absolute support of American government to Israel."

*Israel must live in peace, whatever it coasts of others' lives and homes.
*To achieve peace Israelis have to eliminate every thing which may be an obstacle stone including who call themselves as resistors, their kids, their families, their neighbours, their electricity, their medical supplies, their fuel, their lands, their homes, their farms, their workshops, and every thing which belongs to them. ALL TO REACH PEACE.

Respecting international laws:
*ALL the states must respect international law, except Israel. Attacking civilians, killing children and assaulting borders are all legal to Israel.

Religiosity:
*Jews are the chosen and the supreme people chosen by God among ALL other peoples.
*ONLY Jews have the right to live on 'the holy land'.

Freedom:
*Israel has the complete freedom to kill any Palestinian child or youth without being asked.
*Israel has the complete right to built every settlement wherever it wants.
*Every Palestinian has the freedom to choose of many choices his way to be killed. Bullets over the head or the heart, rockets directed to human bodies, buried under a collapsed building, die of hunger, die of lake of medical supplies, and many other available choices.


Equity:
*The killer is equalled to the killed person.
*The thief is equalled to the one which his land has been stolen.
*The one who starts by the attack is equalled to the one who defend himself.

Beauty:
*How beautiful is a Palestinians child's blood.

Cooperation:
*All states have to cooperate for Israeli interests.

Human rights:
*Every Israeli has the right to live safe. Every Palestinian has the right to let Israelis live safe.

Democracy:
*Palestinian people has the right to elect the government they like, but when Israelis don't like them they won't accept them as Palestinians democratically elected government.

Sports:
*Kicking a Palestinian over his head or stomach ten times a day will make an Israeli healthy.

My friend, if it's true that Palestinians never govern themselves, but it's not true that they did not live on that land, this part of land wasn't an empty land. Any way, what I'm trying to say is that when you, my friend, try to solve this conflict, you focus on the reaction of Palestinians and completely ignore why Palestinaisn are having that reaction. More than 60 years of killing of children and civilians are being ignored. In these 60 years there were thousands of innocents who have been killed, there were thousands which have been displaced from their homes, there were thousands of homes and farms which have been destroyed. Every one of that people, and I'm responsible for the validity of these words, lost a sister or a brother, a son or a father, a friend or a neighbour.  And we're wondering after all that why Palestinians are doing that!!!

You know that I'm a law student and have some knowledge about national and international laws. I studied in my law college UN charter and also studied some information about international treaties and conventions. I knew that the second article of UN charter stipulates that it's not allowed to threat of using force against territorial integrity. In addition; it's known that a contract or a convention can't be valid but for the acceptance of the two parties of that convention, without that exchanged acceptance the convention can't be valid and don't obligate any body.

For example; if you're going to sell your house for me, we sign a contract and stipulate some terms and conditions like the price, sanction condition, etc if we approved together then it's a valid contract and both of us is obliged to peform what he is obliged to do. But if we didn't had that exchaged acceptance then it's not a valid contract and both of us isn't obliged of any thing i.e. I can't take the house from you and give you the price when you refused to deal with me.

Also in international law; a treaty can't be valid and obligatory to its parties without their exchanged acceptance. Looking at the UN 181 resolution which was the legal frame of declarig Israeli state which stipultes on declaring two states a Jewish one and another Palestinian. We can find out that it's only the Zionistic party (which represents the Jewsih state) who accepted the resolution, as for Arabs they never accepted that resolution i.e. only one part accepted the terms of the resolution.

Adding to that is the fact that UN resolution aren't obligatory upon UN members. So we can reach the fact that Israel is an illegal state.

Also if we consider Israel as a state we should ask who are its citizens?!! You know who?!! It's every Jew around the world, even if you were in Russia, America or Britain you're Israeli. (!!!)

Dear, Israel is defending itself against Hamas missiles.

Hamas missiles. huh, and where were these missiles when Muhammad Al-Dorra has been killed by an Israeli bullet, were the reason of killing this child is Hamas missiles too?!! Were Hamas missiles the reason of killing the 4 months girl Eman Hajjo?!! Were Hamas missiles the reason of killing a family except the surviving little daughter on a beach?!!  My friend, you can't convince me that Hamas represents some threat against Israel. All what Hamas has is handmade rockets, their launchers, guns, their bullets, handmade bombs. That's every thing which Hamas have. As for Israel, it has nuclear bombs, tanks, mircavas, airfighters, F16, helicopters gunships, guns, rifles, machine guns, smart rockets, ships, etc.

On the other hand, let's analyse what these rockets make. A man is injured, a soldier is killed, a car is destroyed? Then look on the other side, look what Israel do claiming to be in response of that; kids are being killed by bullets, women are being killed under their homes, youth are being killed by F16 rockets, blocks are being destroyed, electricity and water are being cut. As we talk right now 116 Palestinian are killed in Gaza with a plenty number of them of kids and civilians, 350 are injured, a holocaust has been declared against Palestinian people, electricity is cut, hospitals in severe need of supplies. Can you see?!! When there is somebody is killed from the Israeli side it's a soldier or in rare cases a man, but when Israel is going to kill they don't have a measure; kids, women and civilians are under attack, civil blocks are under attck too. Can you see this fact?!!

And I'd like to intense on something. If Zionism took holocaust as a reason to gain sympathy of the world, so why they practice it against another people?!!

I can't tell you the long-term solution, but as an immediate solution I'll blog more and more and talk about Israeli crimes and how they don't really want peace and how they are killing kids and civilians.

And if I pretent that I was in charge in my country, in fact if I was the head of the state I'll do the following;

First; I'll eject Israeli ambassador in my country.

Second; I'll declare the full readiness of my country's army and send it to the borders with Israel, and give my orders to the army to be completely ready.

Third; I'll give Israel 24 hours to end its blockade against Gaza and to stop every military acts on Palestinain lands, or we'll do it by ourselves.

Fourth; I'll negotiate with Palestinain brothers to stop rockets for now.

Fifth; my army will keep on the borders ready for anything.

 

That will be a wise act from me towards a brother neighbour state. But if we added to what is happening in Gaza, an Egyptian girl has been shooted on Egyptian lands by Israeli soldiers. So the follwoing will be done;

First; I'll consider killing an Egyptian girl by the hands of Israeli soldiers as 'declaring of war against Egypt from Israel'.

Second; I'll eject Israeli ambassador in my country.

Third; I'll give my orders for the army to attack Israel.

Fourth; I'll use weapons against Israeli civilians, and attack water and electricity stations and roads 'to prevent any supply for Israeli army'.

Fifth; I'll use banned weapons and Uranium weapons.

Sixth; America will send me smart rockets.

Seventh; The world will support me for practicing my right of self-defence.

 

I thought myself as Israel, right?

Looking at what has been done when two Israeli soldiers have been taken away, and the reaction of Israel for that, and how the world looked at that reaction. And the reaction of Palestinians for killing their children and destroying their homes by bullets, airfighters and tanks. We sould laugh then, or may cry. .....

Why Palestinians attack Israelis?!!

 

Did you ask yourself this question before?!!

 

Were you amazed to see Palestinians fighting against Israelis?!!

 

You searched alot about the answer but in vain?!!

 

This question is really important and basic in the way of solving Palestinian-Zionistic issue. We may make some possibilities for the reason why they attack:

 

a) Israeli people was safe and stable on his own land doing no thing against other neighbour peoples, and suddenly Palestinians started attacking innocents Israelis on their lands.

 

mmmmmm. I don't thin so. First; there weren't a thing called 'Israel state' 60 years ago with specified borders (and until now). Second; there weren't a thing called 'Israeli people'. Third; current Israeli state is originally formed through Jewish immigrants who came from all over the world to this land where there were a people called Palestinians.

 

b) Israeli people declared a state on the lands where Palestinian people resided for long years AFTER negotiating with Palestinians about what will be for Palestinians and what will be for Zionists.

 

mmmm. No, history don't tell us that.

 

c) Israeli people declared a state on the lands where Palestinian people resided for long years WITHOUT negotiating with Palestinians about what will be for Palestinians and what will be for Zionists.

 

Let us check what history tells us..

 

Zionism has been established in 1897, it decided to establish a Jewish state on Palestinian lands regardless of the people already living on it, immigration of Jews from every part of the world started into Palestine, Jewish settlements started to be built, Balfour Declaration has been made in 1917 expressing sympathy towards the establishment of a national home for the Jewish people, Arabs refused that declaration, Immigrant Jews started terrorizing Palestinian Arabs to force them to sell or leave their lands, in 1922 Palestine has been put under British trusteeship, conflict started to be obvious and killings from Arabs and immigrant Jews started, in 1945 the issue has been transferred to the UN, General Assembly declared 181 resolution with a partition plan in 29 November 1947 between Arabs and Immigrant Jews to establish two independent states and Jerusalem as an international area, the resolution gave the Arab which were representing 67% of the population 45% of the land and to immigrant Jews which were representing 33% of the population 55% of the land when they owned only 7% of the land, majority of Jews accepted the resolution with a minority which refused and Arabs except a minority refused the resolution, however Arabian refusal immigrant Jews declared their Jewish state in 14 May 1948 as 'Israel', a war broke out between Arabs and Jews, Arabs lost 1948 war, however losing the war and not achieving its aim i.e. preventing the declaration of Jewish state on Arabian lands Arabs kept against it, Palestinians kept fighting against Israeli state declared on their lands.

 

After this quick briefed review of the history of declaring Israeli state on Arabian lands, we must focus on specific important points.

1. Zionism did NOT consider the people already living on the land which they aim to establish their Jewish state on.
2. Zionism and Zionists NOT Jews are the origin of Israeli state.
3. Balfour declaration did NOT refer to a Jewish 'state', but to a Jewish 'homeland'.
4. Balfour declaration stipulated that ".. nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine .."
5. Arabs refused Balfour declaration and 181 UN resolution
6. UN resolution was unfair by giving 45% of the land to 67% of Arabian population, which resided on it for long years and 55% of the land to 33% of Zionistic population, which are new immigrants to this land.
7. UN General Assembly resolutions aren't obligatory for states members in UN. 181 resolution including the partition plan violates; article 1.1 of UN charter and article 2.4.
8. Arabs and Palestinians started fighting against the new Zionistic state after its declaration -and even before- and never quit fighting.

About point 7 and 8 we have to stop for minutes.

 

It's approved according to United Nations General Assembly system that its resolutions are NOT obligatory upon members of UN whether they accepted or refused them but only are recommendations. If we added that Arabian countries -which are the other party in the conflict- did NOT accept the partition plan in 181 resolution. In addition partition plan stated in 181 UNGA resolution violates article 1.1 of UN charter which gives every people the right of 'self-determination' by declaring a state on the lands of Palestinians against their will, article 2.4 which prevents the threat of using force against territorial integrity. => We can conclude from that that the declaration of Israeli state is against international law.

 

We reviewed the history and knew what happened. We knew that Arabs were on Palestinian lands. We knew that its Zionists who came to these lands aiming at declaring their Jewish state. We knew that Zionists NEVER negotiated, argued about perspectives or set on one table with Arabs and the Palestinian people which was residing on this land about their new state which they aim at establishing on Palestinian lands. We knew that Arabs refused the declaration of a non-Arab state on their lands against the will of the people residing on it.

We knew that the new comers (Jewish immigrants) committed bloody crimes against the Palestinian people such as; bombing a coffee shop in Jerusalem in 29 December 1947 causing the killing of 13 persons,  bombing Semiramis hotel in 15 January 1948 causing the killing of 18 Arabs,  bombing a store in Haifa in 16 January 1948 causing the killing of 31 of Arabian men, women and children,  bombing a car near Peace building in 20 February 1948 killing 14 Arabs,  bombing Haifa train in 13 March 1948 killing 40 Arabs,  killing 60 of workers, children, women and elderly in Baldat Al-Shaikh in 31 January 1947,  killing 50 persons in Abu Shusha in 14 May 1948,  Deir Yassin massacre in 9 April 1948 against Deir Yassin village kids and old causing the killing of 360 unarmed persons,  attacking Qebya village west of Ramallah in 14 October 1953 killing 67 of villagers, women and children,  Shugaeyya massacre in Gaza 28 February 1955 causing the killing of 39 citizens,  killing 48 of villagers and children in Kafr Qassim in 29 October 1956,  Aqsa mosque massacre causing the killing of 21 and injuries of 150 of prayers in 8 October 1990,  Khaleel massacre in 25 February 1994 leading to the killing of 51 and injuries of 350 of prayers.  We knew that Palestinians kept resisting against the new state declared on their Palestinian lands since its declaration in 1948 until this moment.

 

There were more than 1250 of innocents, kids, old men and women which have been killed ONLY IN THE YEAR of establishing this state. 

 

After that bloody history. After knowing about the history of oppression against Palestinians, after knowing about massacres have been committed against unarmed Palestinians. Will we ask why Palestinians attack?!! Will we wonder that they fight against Israelis?!! Will we be amazed to see Palestinians bringing their children not to surrender to the occupiers?!!

 

Dear ladies and gentlemen, Palestinians are NOT the aggressors. Palestinians are NOT who started by the attack. Palestinians are just defending themselves against Israeli occupation and assaulting on their right to live safe. Palestinians aren't the ones who make the action, Palestinians are in the position of the re-action.

 

My dear guests, Palestinians resistance against Israeli entity is NOT unjustified, but in contrary it 100% justified. It's exactly what article 51 of UN charter described; "Nothing in the present Charter shall impair the inherent right of individual or collective self-defence if an armed attack occurs against a Member of the United Nations, .."

Target: Killing the strong will of Palestinain people.
Tools: Blockade of Gaza, isolating Gaza from any outer communication, cutting medical supplies for hospitals in Gaza, cutting electricity, cutting fuel and food supplies, continuious raids on Gaza.
Responsible sides:

*Israeli state as the first criminal
*American state as the first partner
*Silent peoples of the world

Results: Killing, destruction, death of tens in Gaza hospitals, darkness covering Gaza.

After these continuous raids, killing of children, women, old and youth, blockade and isloating of Gaza, cutting life principles to Gaza, etc will we keep seeing Israel as the dove peace which aims by all its heart for 'peace' but its about Palestinains who don't want peace?!!

Will we blame Palestinains to attack Israeli army back?!!

No. I still have the enough dingnity and the enough freedom to condemn that. I'm not afraid of Israeli entity, I'm not afraid from American state, I'm not afraid of terrorists of that world. I'll say it loudly; ISRAEL IS THE REAL TERRORIST.

The real terrorist is who decalred a state on another land through killing, displacing and destruction of another people. The real terrorist is who killed thousands of children, old, women and youth. The real terrorist is who displaced a whole people ONLY to live on his land and in his homes. The real terrorist is who killled and killed and killed throughout 60 years.

The terrorist is not who refused to surrender to invasion. The terrorist is not practiced his normal right of self-defence. The terrorist is not brave youths who sacrificed their souls for the freedom and dignity of their land.

Yes Palestinains. It's your brothers and sister, mothers and fathers, friends and neighbours which you're losing. But by these terroristic attacks against you, Israeli entity is assuring your right of self-defence, assuring that they are the oppressor not you.

I believe that Palestinian-Zionistic conflict is one of the most issues where facts were completely changed, rights were losed, the invader has been described as the good guy, the one who has been invaded has been described as the bad guy and the terrorist who must be killed without any mercy.

*Zionists came by tanks and heavy weapons to the land of Palestinains.

*Zionists killed, demolished, cut trees, raped, destroyed, stole, etc ALL to reach their goal; DECLARING ISRAEL STATE.

*Palestinains refused that. Decided to resist.

*Palestinians were called 'Terrorists'

*Israelis were called 'Self-Defenders'

 

So, what peace are they waiting for?!!

 

I wonder after all that how we don't give Palestinains the right to present their souls for their freedom and dignity, how we support the conqueror and ignore the rights of the conquered. How Palestinains are called as terrorists to fight against Zionists, and Zionists who came to the land of Palestinains by tanks and airfighters are called as self-defenders. How this happened?!!!!! How facts have been changed?!!!

 

'Don't kill me and say I want peace. Don't shake my hand with your hand stained by my brother's and sister's blood. Don't stay on my land and say let us negotiate. Don't dream of one inch of my land.'

 

Everyone of us isn't ready to be under the control of a foreigner or an invader. Everyone of us isn't ready to give one inch of his land to an invader. Everyone of us is ready to give his\her soul for the freedom of his\her stolen land. We give ourselves this right. And wonder when Palestinian people practice the same right and even call them terrorists. Shame everyone of us!!

 

The world is silent when Israeli state and Israeli army terrorize a people by putting them in one place and genocide them. No reaction have been done.

If we get back by the memory only two years ago when only two Israeli soldiers have been taken away, and Israeli state attacked for that Lebanese people!! Was the world beside or against Israel?!! What America send for Lebanese?!! The answers are known; the world gave Israeli state the green card to do what it wishes against Lebanese people, America send missiles and rockets to Lebanese people through Israeli airfighters!! ALL for taking two Israeli soldiers away. But when Israeli state imprison a people on his own land, prevent any outer community, prevent any medical and food supplies, prevent help for hospitals in Gaza full of injuries, cut electricity, attack them daily by raids i.e. starving Palestinian people the world is silent.

 

Where is the logic here?!!

 

Why when Israeli state kill there is always some justification?!!

And when Palestinains fight for freedom and defend their lives and lands are called 'Terrorists'?!!!

Why?!!

 

Somebody answers me!!!

 

That's clear now. It's not about who have the right or who is being oppressed. It's just blind support to Israel whether being oppressed or oppressing.

And for amazement; this is happening exactly after Annapolis conference for peace!! So is that the peace which will be given to Palestinian people?!!! Then we don't need it. Keep it for youselves.

 

I won't wonder then that Palestinains will do every thing to own their own lands and be free of invasion. A great salutation for you Palestinain people. Great Salutation for Palestinain people in Gaza. Keep immovable, don't break down, light is in the end of the tunnel.

When freedom equals reviles!!

I received on my blog a comment of an American blogger. The comment was; I am curious. What's the punishment in your religion to name a pig after your greatest Prophet.
It was an invitation for me to check his post My Turn - Pig Muhammad

First of all let us have some words about 'Freedom of expression'. Ways of expression are many; by words, by criticizing, by arguing, by reviling, by directing accusations, by acts, etc. I believe the absolute freedom (of any thing) is a destruction, there must be limits of every freedom. The absolute freedom which I mean here is the freedom to do any thing without considering any thing including rights of others. It's said that; 'Your freedom ends where freedom of others begins'. So what I'm talking about here is that freedom is not assaulting others by acts or words, is not hurting others in their emotions, is not insulting beliefs of others, is not reviling. Freedom is not throwing a stone on the glass of the window, but instead freedom is facing the other side. Freedom of expression is; 'I think you're bad, and here you're my evidences'. Freedom is; 'There is some thing wrong, let's argue about it.'. Freedom of expression is not; 'You're ****. Good bye!!' There is a big difference between both of these ways. The second will lead into hatred and crash. The first will lead into understanding, filling the gaps, and reaching the truth. No doubt that understanding will lead to love and cooperation. And no doubt that there is huge difference between both ways of 'expression'. We never can make them equal.

After clarifying how I see freedom of expression. It may be important to tell in few words the story of the 'teddy bear'.
A British teacher called Julian Jebons works in a Sudanese school, she asked a student to bring a teddy bear, when they voted to the name of the bear the 23 student voted to the name; 'Muhammad' which is the name of the most famous student in the class (and sure is the name of the Prophet Muhammad), and she agreed. She has been accused of insulting Islamic religion by Sudanese authorities.

The question which must be asked here is; What is the fault this teacher did?!!
With a simple analyze of what happened we can reach following points; 1)the kids were the ones who choose the name, 2)the name of Muhammad is the name of the famous student, 3)those kids are Muslims and are supposed to love the prophet of Islam Muhammad, in addition 4)this teacher is a British non-Muslim. Following these points we can reach one fact; Mrs.Jebons did no thing wrong.
As being British and non-Muslim she is supposed not to know that it's not accepted in Islamic culture to name things by names of human. On the other hand; the kids may have choose the name of their friend not the prophet, and even if they choose the name of the prophet this means that they love him not want to insult him, they must be only guided that even if we love some thing we mustn't use names of human specifically when they are prophets to name things. I think that she must be released at once.

A last word about freedom of speech. If we restricted freedom of speech in reviles and insulting then there is some wrong in our way of thinking. If we expressed our freedom of speech by reviles, then we are far away from civilization. Again I say it; freedom of speech leads into understanding and love not to crash and hatred. So I'm inviting the American guy to be free enough and share me a calm discussion, where he will show me the reasons why he hates my prophet Muhammad, and I'll show my reasons why I think he is the best man ever. That's the way of civilized peoples. And I'm sure that we will reach understanding and love together.

Solving problems (P.1)

Diplomatics are gathering in Annapolis to negotiate about Palestinian-Israeli conflict. Why don't we be positive?!! If they didn't invite us, why don't we invite ourselves?!! Why don't we have our own negotiations?!!

 

If we're going to solve this conflict. If we're going to reach the ultimate and the final solution; what are main points which can't be forgotten? What are points which can be condescended? What law which will be in force?

 

 

I don't know how to start it. It's too hard, it's not a simple case, and I'm sure that you know that very well, I'm sure that it's the most complicated issue in the Middle East and may be in the world, no body could solve it, many tired along its history but no one could, instead every time any body tries to solve it become more complicated.

 

Firstly I must tell my motive to write this post.

'When it's morning in your half of the Earth, it's night in the other half'. That's why I'm writing that. I believe that specifically in the Palestinian-Israeli conflict there is misleading and misguidance (darkness) in the West about its truth, they can't see it rightly. A side of the problem can be seen but other important sides are completely hidden. On the other side of the world; in the East we can see the full image. Away from reasons of that misguidance and why it has occurred, I think that it's important to reveal the full facts and to let the other side be enlightened. That's why I'm writing this post; I just feel that what I see as admitted facts like the sun are the like the darkness for the West. I want to scream; 'Palestinians are the oppressed side not Jews who occupied their land'.

 

To solve a problem we have firstly to know the history of it, the true history not selective history. I mean that the start of the conflict history is not; 'Palestinians are attacking continually Israelis', but the real start is; 'Jews occupied lands of Palestinians and declared their Jewish state on this occupied land in 1948 by the approval (not only silence) of the 'civilized' world'.

 

After that we have to remember back worthy and eternal stories of struggle of peoples of the earth; how they fought for their freedom, how they offered bloods of their sons for dignity, how they refused to live under occupation, how they refused to live under oppression.  My own people struggled to kick out British and French occupation, they offered their sons to free Sinai in 1973 war. People of Algeria presented  6.5 Millions of their sons since 1830 to 1962 to free their lands. Even Americans fought in bloody wars to have their independence and many were killed and finally they became independent of British authority.  And history is full of many other stories of peoples who fought against occupation, fought to defend their lands, fought to defend their lives, fought for their dignity, fought for freedom. All of us remember story of his own land and feel honor to belong to a people who had the dignity to fight for his freedom and who refused to give one inch of their land to the occupier by any price.

 

Next step after knowing how Jews occupied Palestinian land and declared their own state on it, and remembering stories of honor of peoples is asking ourselves; What made Palestinians terrorists?!!!

We have to find an answer for this question. History tells us how Jews occupied Palestinian land,  how they established their Jewish state 'Israel' on Palestinian land,  how they killed the young and the old, man and woman, baby and youth, boy and girl,  how they burnt green trees and beautiful homes,  how they destroyed,  how they committed inhuman crimes,  how they committed many massacres against Palestinian people,  how they killed villagers and students. These aren't poem. History proves all that. May be some don't believe me about this history, may some don't know about how Israel has been established in 1948 on the land which has been occupied by Zionists. Historical references are available every where, they can check them.

If this is history so; why we blame Palestinian people to fight against who did all that?!! Why we give ourselves the right of self-defence but blame them to defend their stolen land and defend their lives and lives of their sons?!!

 

Instead of encouraging Palestinian land in his noble war against occupation and oppression; we stand in the side of the occupier, we named Palestinians who fight to free their land and to kick out the invaders as 'terrorists'. So shameful!!

These are what I see as the most important principles if we are going to solve the Palestinian-Zionistic conflict. In a week I'll provide my perspective of the down-to-earth plan of solving the conflict.

One of the things which I really don't understand till now, and really don't find any justification for is the double measure policy which the western governments and in some times their peoples practice against Islamic and Arabian issues.

 

If a Palestinian youth attacked Israeli soldiers he is a terrorist, but if an Israeli soldier killed a Palestinian child it's a must that there will be some justification; by fault, self-defence, being near of 'the bad guys' which Israel fight against, have a school bag on the back which is suspected to contain 'weapons', bla bla bla.

However a Palestinian was in his homeland when he has been invaded by Zionists and what he is doing is to be called 'Self-defence'. On the other hand; what is called Self-defence from Israelis is not to be justified at all because Israelis are the ones who started it, the ones who came to the land of the innocents and invaded, killed, stole and raped.

 

I wonder when I see the one who is defending his land is called a terrorist, and the one who invaded the same land is called 'Self-defender'.

 

I really swear by Allah that I can't got it.

 

Zionists came to Palestine from every part of the world?!! True.

 

They established their own unlimited state with no borders?!! True.

 

Where?!! On Palestinian land.

 

Palestinians accepted that?!!! mmmm

 

Let us see; Palestinians are the ones who lived on that land for hundreds of years, fathers, grandfathers, grand fathers of the grandfathers on the same land, so we must be interested in their point of view about the important question; Do you agree to live under a state, where you'll live as second-class citizens, your homes will be taken, your trees will be cut, your farms will be burnt, your kids will be killed , your mothers will be killed, your sisters will be raped, your brothers will be killed, your fathers will be killed or kidnapped (you may have the choice) and 'WE' may 'give' you a part of 'YOUR' land ?!!! That's so simply what Israelis aske.. oh sorry; I mean what Israelis did with the Palestinian people. 

 

I ask another question for the Palestinian people; third of your land, or the whole of it?!!! Do you accept to condescend of one inch of your land?!!

 

A Stop here please; If we asked any member of any people that question; if we asked an Afghani, Canadian, Chinese, American, Iraqi, Egyptian, Australian, Somalian, English, Tunisian, Saudi, Brazilian, Chilean what would be his answer?!! Will he say; Yes, but give me one Million Dollars?!! Will he ask for one Milliard?!! It's just one inch. Or he will say; take my soul, then take this inch?!!

 

Here my dear visitors is the problem. A western won't accept to give one inch of his land, but he is so amazed that a Palestinian sacrifice his life for his land freedom, he is so amazed that a Palestinian sacrifice his life to throw the ones who invaded his land away, amazed that Palestinians and Arabs and Muslims don't accept an Israeli state on Palestinian land. A western is amazed that a Palestinian fight against Israelis, but don't have a problem to see a Palestinian youth or old women be killed by Israelis soldiers and settlers, don't have a problem to see an Israeli soldier killing a child emotionlessly, don't have a problem to see a Palestinian home be destroyed or a tree be cut, don't have a problem to admit the legality of Israeli state however knowing about its bloody history, however knowing about the fact that Israel has been established on the land of another people without a permission from them. A western will call a Palestinian 'a terrorist' when he sacrifice life for his freedom, and will call an Israeli soldier killing a child, using banned weapons, attacking civilians as a 'the one who was defending himself' but he just exaggerate some. By God; who started it?!!!

 

The story in brief is;

Zionists came to Palestinian land.

Zionists declared their own state on Palestinian land.

Zionists killed, destroyed, cut, burnt, raped, assault, discriminated.

Palestinians refused to accept that and decided to resist forever.

Zionists were named as 'Self-defenders'

Palestinians were named as 'Terrorists'

 

!!!!

 

These events are completely true, but where is the logic in this story?!!

 

No way we can say; 'Hamas is killing Israelis' before we say; 'Israel invaded, stole, destroyed, killed, raped, burnt, broke laws, used banned weapons'. When Mr.A kill Mr.B we must discuss how Mr.B scratched Mr.A's arm during killing him, right?!! Palestinians didn't go to the land of Israelis and started killing them, but Israelis did that and stole the land of Palestinians.

 

There is no thing more to be said but one fact, the fact that Palestinian people did not give up fighting and resisting against Israelis since this invader state has been established on his own land till now, they never put down the weapon. So there is no justification for any thing from Israelis. Occupation will never be legal.

For the sake of environment

You love forests, trees, flowers, green plants?!!

 

You love singing birds, beautiful animals, lakes of water, green grass?!!!

 

So, you're one of those who love nature.

 

Then let me say to you that I'm so sorry for you. Sorry that you're going to lose all these beautiful things very soon. Green trees, colorful flowers, singing birds, clean air and clean water are going to be in few years things of the past. May be sons of today will say to their grandsons; "Dear, in our childhood there were a thing called trees in our countries, I may show it to you on TV"

 

It's not a joke, not an assumption. It's just the truth, the bitter truth.

 

Man cut trees, kill animals, destroy their natural home, pump harmful gases to air, pour poisons and chemicals in rivers, create radiations, drop his wastes in seas, waste his resources in wars, manufacture new viruses, use harmful chemicals in soil, pollute his drinking water, bury nuclear wastes under ground in developing countries causing earthquakes and risky diseases, use unsafe genes in his food, .. and more more.

 

What is he doing?!! He's just killing nature, killing his home, he is just SUICIDING.

 

I invented a law which I strongly believe in; 'Whenever there is man, there is destruction'

 

A call for every human, every responsible man, every company, every factory, every organization, every government;

 

Stop polluting our environment

 

You must have some role in that;

As an ordinary man; through your rubbish in its right place.

As a mother; teach your children how to love their environment.

As a citizen; vote for those who will care for nature, demonstrate for environment.

As a law man; set legislations to stop polluting environment.

As a factory owner; get rid of your factory wastes the right pro-nature way.

As a member in the government; work for the sake of environment.

As an organization; make studies, advice governments, inform people how to care for their environment.

 

If every body knew his role, did it. The world will be clean.

Happy Eed

Happy Eed for every Muslim.

 

Today is the first day of Eed Al-Fitr (Breakfast feast). It comes after the fasting of the month of Ramadan. All Muslims around the world celebrate it and express their joyment in it. Some prefer to be in gardens, some prefer to be in trade centers, some other prefer to travel to other cities, others may like to make picnics. But two things are very special in this feast. First is the gatherings of families; all families in the feast exchange visitations. Second is the prayer of the feast; it's a very special prayer, and what really distinguish it is that big numbers of Muslims in every city or village gather in one big place to pray this prayer.

 

As for me I'm going to pray the prayer of the feast in 6:00 AM, then I'll have the breakfast with the family, aunts and uncels, then I may visit our relatives after that in close cities, and I may meet my friend in the evening. In the 2nd day I'm going to travel to the country to gather with the rest of the family. In the 3rd day I may travel to Cairo. May be after that I travel to Alexandria.

 

Any way; Happy Eed for all Muslims around the world, and may Allah make all our days happier and happier, and remove the pains of every one the world, and may Allah help our brothers in Iraq and Palestine, and feed the poor children in Africa, and make our world more peaceful and more clean.

To be a Dhimmi.. Oppression or Justice?!!

Today I'm going to talk Dhimmis in Islamic state.  What rights are given to them by Islam?!! Are they free to practice their religious duties?!! Are they free to criticize and argue?!! Why they pay the Jizyah?!! Can they be rulers in the society?!! What Muslims really did with Dhimmis?!!! ... and more other.

 

A good starting point would be defining 'Dhimmi'. In the famous book of Al-Sayyed Sabeq; 'Feqh Al-Sunna' 'Dhimma' means troth and intergrity. 'Dhimmi' refers to any non-Muslim living under the authority of Islamic state.

 

Islamic religion gives them various rights; and some of the most important rights are the following;

*They are free to practice their religious rituals; not a church or temple can be demolished, not a cross can be broken, not a Muslim who marry from a Dhimmi woman has the right to prevent her from going to her temple or church.

*Muslims have no right to force any of them to leave their religion to Islam, as Allah said clearly in 2nd Surah verse 256; " Let there be no compulsion in religion..." and ".. wilt thou then compel mankind, against their will, to believe! " 10:99

*They are free to eat pork or drink wine whenever it's allowed in their religion.

*They can organize their marriage, divorce, spending, family issues .. etc freely and as they like without restrictions or limits.

*They are allowed to argue and discuss freely in the limits of logic as Allah said; " And dispute ye not with the People of the Book, except with means better (than mere disputation), unless it be with those of them who inflict wrong (and injury): but say, "We believe in the revelation which has come down to us and in that which came down to you; Our Allah and your Allah is one; and it is to Him we bow (in Islam)." " 29:46

*It's allowed to exchange visits with them, and to visit their ill, to present gifts to them, buy and sell, .... etc.

*Poor and weak Dhimmis have a part in Bait Al-Mall (Islamic house of money) as a stipend.

*They have the right to be in charge of all state employment -except those who have the religious character like Imams, Caliphs, Army leaders and Judgers- whenever they are better in these employments other than others.

*Muslims are obliged to protect them from any kind of aggression.

*Muslims aren't allowed to insult or hurt them.

 

It's important too to mention few main principles in dealing with Dhimmis:

*" Allah forbids you not, with regard to those who fight you not for (your) Faith nor drive you out of your homes, from dealing kindly and justly with them: for Allah loveth those who are just. " Qur'an 60:8

*"Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said that they enjoy the same rights and carry the same responsibilities as Muslims themselves.

*The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said; "He who hurts a dhimmi hurts me, and he who hurts me annoys Allah"

 

After this theoretic speech we must see what Muslims really did and how they deal with Dhimmis.

*There is a famous story when the son of the Muslim ruler in Egypt whipped a Coptic Christian when the Coptic's horse beated his horse saying to him; 'Are you beating me when I'm son of the ruler?!!', so this Coptic travelled to Al-Madina in Saudi Arabia where the Caliph exists more than 1000 Km far from Egypt. When he narrated what happened to Umar Ibn Al-Khattab the Caliph he at once sent to the Muslim ruler ordering him to come with his son. When they arrived he gave the Coptic a whip and told him to hit the son of the ruler, after whipping him he said to him then to whip the ruler himself, but he refused. Then Umar the Caliph said; 'When did you enslave the people when they were born free?!!'

Beside what the Caliph did and beside his great word, there is an important lesson. This Coptic travelled more than 1000 Km which may take weeks in his time to go to the Muslim Caliph, Why?!!! That's obvious that he was sure that he will take his right.

 

*When Umar Ibn Al-Khattab entered Jerusalem, he was invited to pray in the Church of the Holy Sepulchre but he refused saying that Muslims after him may say 'Umar prayed here' and build a mosque instead of the church. And until now the church still in its place.

 

 

And what about the Jizyah?!!!

Yes, one may ask that question. If Muslims think that they deal kindly and justly with non-Muslims, so why they take the Jizyah from them.

 

First; one must know that there is no taxes in Islam. Instead; capable Muslims pay the Zakat yearly as 2.5% of their money to Bait Al-Mal, and Dhimmis pay the Jizyah as a sum of money specified in Shari'a. It's not taken from all Dhimmis, but there is many exceptions like; old men, women, kids, lunatic, poor, blind, monastics, .. and every one who can't pay it.

 

Second; we must realize that in this point; Dhimmis may be better than Muslims. All capable Muslims must pay the Zakat including Imams, Scholars, woman, .. and rich men, in the time when Dhimmis have many exceptions.

 

Third; the purpose of the Jizyah is that Muslims defend them and protect them in case of any war or to provide them the basic needs when they will need it due to the age or illness etc, so it's not a kind of discrimination according to the faith, but instead a contribution from all members of society for the good of society.
